Our Story
Est. 2005 · Music Production & Sync Licensing
"Music is the universal language — it has shaped politics, faith, culture, and the human spirit across every age. That is the majesty of sound."
Rene Martinez — Founder, RXLM Records
The Foundation
RXLM Records was founded in 2005 by Rene Martinez and Rosa Elvia Martinez — two people who understood, from the beginning, that music is not decoration. It is force. It is memory. It is the thing that outlasts everything else.
History bears this out. Political movements have been carried on the back of a song. Religious traditions have been shaped by the architecture of sound. Entire cultures have been defined by the music they made and the music they refused to let die. RXLM Records was built in that tradition.
Incorporated in 2026, the label brings twenty years of original production to the sync licensing market — a catalog built with intention, now available to the stories that deserve it.
The People

Co-Founder
Composer, producer, and the creative engine behind the iamrxm alias. Rene has been producing original music since 2005 — a discipline rooted in years of piano study that began in sixth grade. His catalog spans cinematic orchestration, electronic production, and ambient sound design.
With RXLM Records now incorporated, Rene is bringing that body of work into the sync licensing market — original music built over two decades, ready for film, television, advertising, and digital media.

Co-Founder
Rosa Elvia Martinez is the co-founder and operational backbone of RXLM Records. Her belief in the transformative power of music — its capacity to cross every political, religious, and cultural boundary — is the philosophical foundation on which the label was built.
She has shaped the label's identity, its relationships with licensing partners, and its commitment to independent artistry. RXLM Records exists because of her vision as much as any note ever written.
History
Where It Started
Rene Martinez begins producing original music — a pursuit rooted in years of piano study that started in sixth grade. What began as a personal discipline becomes a catalog built with intention.
The Catalog Grows
Years of consistent production deepen the iamrxm library. Ambient, electronic, and cinematic — the music takes shape across genres, each track built to stand on its own and serve a larger story.
Expanding the Sound
The catalog continues to evolve. Rene's production work spans moods, tempos, and textures — laying the groundwork for a body of work ready for picture.
Vision Takes Form
Rene and Rosa Elvia Martinez begin shaping the formal structure of what will become RXLM Records — a label built to bring original music to film, television, advertising, and digital media.
RXLM Records Incorporated
RXLM Records is officially incorporated. Twenty years of production, a deep catalog, and a clear mission: to enter the sync licensing market and place original music in the stories that deserve it.
Philosophy
Music is not a product. It is a record of what it means to be human.
Political movements have risen and fallen on the power of a song. Religious traditions have been transmitted across centuries through music alone. Cultures that had no common language found common ground in rhythm and melody. The majesty of sound is not a metaphor — it is a documented fact of human history.
RXLM Records was incorporated in 2026 on that understanding. Every track in the catalog was made with the knowledge that music placed in the right moment — in the right scene, under the right image — can change how a person feels about the world. That is not a small thing. We do not treat it as one.
We are entering the sync licensing market with twenty years of original production behind us. We license selectively. We build relationships with the people who use our music. We care about the stories our catalog ends up inside. The music deserves that. So do the audiences who will hear it.
